In this interactive training you will learn what causes trauma, how it changes the brain, and how the body copes with trauma after it happens. You will learn to notice signs of trauma in people with neurodevelopmental disorders (Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, sensory disorders) and how to support trauma healing through movement, breath, relationships, and community.
